Zürisee Muscado is an aromatic, fruity sparkling wine made according to Méthode traditionnelle. This sparkling wine is made from 100% Muscat Olivier. It offers an incredibly floral breadth on the nose with wonderful aromas of nutmeg, honey, apricot and elderflower.
On the palate, the sparkling wine convinces with a subtle residual sweetness, a fine perlage and aromas of lychee and grapefruit.

- grapes crushed after harvest and placed in the cooler for five days
- left to stand in the cold until spontaneous fermentation
