An exciting cuvée of Gewürztraminer, Kerner and Federweisser (Blanc de Noir) that promises an intense, tropical explosion of flavor.
The grape varieties are vinified individually and blended three months before bottling so that each variety can bring out its best side.
This cuvée captivates the nose with its incredible fruit. Aromas such as rose, peach and a fine hint of nutmeg are very present. The palate opens with a slight residual sweetness, followed by a broad interplay of sweetness and acidity. These characteristics make the wine perfect for Asian cuisine.
