Pinot Noir is the most important red wine variety on Lake Zurich and thus also on the Rebhalde organic vineyard. Documented as having been planted for the first time on Lake Zurich in 884, the variety has triumphed over the centuries. When one speaks of Clevner or Blauburgunder, one always means Pinot Noir. This Pinot is exclusively from the Lattenberg site. It is a fruity, extract-rich red wine for every day. Its balanced bouquet exudes the fresh scent of currant, raspberry and a slight hint of cassis. Its tannic structure also gives it a broad personality that does not come across as too lush.
