Sauvignon Blanc is an exciting grape variety that has a long tradition in southern France or Styria. In recent decades, the variety has set out on a veritable triumphant march around the globe.
Grown here in Meilen, it ripens to an incredible fruitiness encircled by hedges, with dosed sunlight and minimal foliage.
The Sauvignon Blanc is slightly peppery on the nose with notes of nettle, gooseberry and a hint of green bell pepper. On the palate, the nicely embedded acidity comes together with intense flavors of grapefruit as well as gooseberry. A very aromatic, deep white wine.
