Riesling is an exciting and diverse variety with a long tradition - especially in Germany. In our country it grows on very gravelly, sandy soils, which give it a beautiful minerality and its beautifully pronounced fruit. A wine with a lot of breed and elegance, underpinned with a pleasant acidity. The bouquet is very aromatic with a slight peach note.
Content: 75cl- 50% of the grapes crushed after harvest and placed in the cooler for seven days to extract the aromas.
- fermented on skins, left in the warmth until spontaneous fermentation
- after reduction of 30 oechsle degree harvesting of the remaining 50% of the grapes
- grapes and mash put directly on the press, pressed and finished fermentation in steel tank
- biological acid degradation completed on the full lees and further aged in stainless steel tanks
- bottled in August 2022 and then stored in bottle for one year
