The Zürisee Chlöpfer is a rosé sparkling wine according to Méthode traditionnelle and consists of 100% Pinot Noir grape variety. It captivates not only by its wonderful color and fine perlage, but also by its unique balance.
On the nose, it is the fine raspberry, plum and currant aromas, while on the palate its effervescence comes to the fore.
The sparkling wine, which is a brut, is a good choice for any occasion.
