A cuvée of Dornfelder and Blaufränkisch, which complement each other perfectly. The two varieties are fermented separately. This allows them to perfectly develop their respective strengths before being blended.
On the nose, the wine appears refreshing with lovely fruit of blackberry, sour cherry and violet. On the palate, a fine attack emerges, filigree with a beautiful breadth. A light, drinkable red wine cuvée, perfect with an aperitif as well as with food.
- consists of 50% Blaufränkisch and 50% Dornfelder.
- Blaufränkisch: macerated after the harvest with 30% whole grapes. After pressing, aged in barriques of South Tyrolean oak.
- Dornfelder: fermented "traditionally" on the skins after harvest, pressed directly after fermentation and aged in steel tanks
- blended in July, sedimented, bottled in August 2023
