From the heart of Piedmont directly to Lake Zurich: Barbera is a high-yielding, powerful grape variety that clearly feels at home with us. Aged for nine months in used barriques, it is bottled without the addition of sulfur.
An incredible freshness with fruit components of cherry, plum and hints of licorice complete this unique experience. On the palate, it convinces with its fine, harmonious nature, complemented by a light, well-integrated acidity. A fresh red wine that stands as a clear interpretation for "Cold Climate Wines".
- Grapes fermented after the harvest according to "Caviar" method, then directly pressed.
