Our native grape variety from Lake Zurich, a must for all who want to experience the uniqueness of our region in the glass. This Räuschling has great potential: it is storable, complex, profound and is a joy not only today, but also in five or more years.
Aged in 500-liter Tonneaux barrels, the Stäfner Räuschling shows a very special face. On the nose, aromas of dried raspberry, citrus and orange zest combine with a finely integrated wood aroma. On the palate, its full breadth comes to the fore: a light tannic structure with the filigree wood aroma supported by a fine acidity. A Räuschling that is not only suitable for aperitifs, but also a wonderful food companion.
